Arsenal Insurance Increased Payouts Over Summer 2025

Arsenal Insurance has summed up its results for the summer months of 2025 — June through August. Over this period, clients received significantly more in insurance payouts than the previous year.
Total insurance payouts
Over the three summer months, total payouts reached 434.9 million UAH — up 37.8% from the same period last year (315.7 million UAH).
Motor insurance payouts: CASCO and MTPL
- CASCO: 4,423 payouts totaling 312 million UAH
- MTPL: 1,865 payouts totaling 66 million UAH
Health insurance: care service for teams
Arsenal Insurance's health insurance service delivered the following results over summer 2025:
- Health insurance payouts: 52.9 million UAH
- Over 31,000 requests processed (up from 20,800 in 2024)
- Treatment arranged for 6,000 people (up from 4,650 in 2024)
Customer support
Over summer 2025, Arsenal Insurance's contact center actively handled client requests:
- Over 20,000 calls received
- Around 3,500 chats processed
