What to do if an insured
event occurs with your property

Do everything possible to minimize the damage and save the insured property

Immediately contact the relevant authorities or emergency services

In case of fire, call the fire department at 101
In case of a gas explosion, call the gas emergency service at 104
If you need an ambulance, call 103
In case of flooding, contact your housing management organization (housing office, cooperative, condo association, or management company) or the relevant emergency service to call an emergency crew
In case of unlawful acts by third parties (theft, robbery, assault), call the Police at 102
