Call our hotline at 0 800 60 44 53 and report the event to us. Our operators work around the clock and will advise you on next steps

Take a few photos of the scene. This will help us more accurately determine the circumstances of the insured event and calculate the amount of damages

From there, it's on us — we'll advise you on any questions, tow your car from the accident scene, inspect it, and arrange the repairs. And of course, we'll help you gather the necessary documents for compensation and reimburse the damages as quickly as possible.

A Europrotocol is an official document with information about an accident that the parties involved can fill out themselves without calling the Police

You can fill out a Europrotocol if all of the following conditions are met:

Two vehicles were involved in the accident
The accident involved a collision
Both drivers have valid MTPL policies
Only property was damaged — no one was killed or injured in the accident
Both drivers are completely sober
Both drivers agree on the circumstances of the accident

If you decide to fill out a Europrotocol without calling the Police:

Make sure all the conditions above are met

Fill out the Europrotocol (on a paper form or online via this link)
